You can find us conveniently located in the Stockland Baldivis Shopping Centre on Settlers Avenue, opposite the Baldivis Mary Davis Library. 

Parking is conveniently located at Stockland Baldivis shopping centre, however please note that time limitations may apply in some areas. 

At HBF Physio Baldivis, we also service clients from surrounding areas including Rockingham, Warnbro, Waikiki, Safety Bay, Cooloongup, Shoalwater, Port Kennedy, Secret Harbour, Wellard and Kwinana.
