We provide health and body advice and supervised exercise sessions leading up to, and after delivery so you can live the best quality life for you and your child.
Prenatal and Postnatal Care Services are available at our Baldivis, Busselton and Midland clinics.
Prenatal & Postnatal classes
At HBF Physio, we offer several classes for Mums and their babies.
A 45 minute mat Pilates class led by our Pilates instructor to help mums tone, stretch and relax post pregnancy. In this specifically designed class for mums post-pregnancy, you can join other mothers to get strong, fit and healthy, and you are more than welcome to bring your baby.
Pre-crawling bubs are also welcome in the class, and crawling bubs are well looked after with a dedicated play area on site where they can play and be entertained while you attend the class.
We have designed 45 minute classes specific for prenatal and postnatal needs to keep new mums and mums-to-be strong, fit and healthy. Prenatal and postnatal classes are great for all stages of pregnancy as well as post pregnancy. We will work with you to strengthen the full body, as well as focus on breathing, relaxation and meditation.
We also cater for individuals and small groups with 45 minute private classes that allow you to practise Pilates in an environment at a time that suits you.
